An initial review of the Covid-19 survey results revealed that our membership is in need of advocacy, support and community. Forty-seven percent of respondents to the survey have had their employment affected by the pandemic and many members are still at risk of losing employment or burn out from the increase of duties resulting in the reduction of staff.
